Welcome to RentMyHeader! These terms explain how our platform works and what we expect from everyone who uses it. By using RentMyHeader, you agree to these terms.

What Our Platform Does

RentMyHeader is a marketplace that connects Twitter creators with brands for header advertising. We provide the platform, but we don't control what happens between creators and brands.

Think of us like a marketplace - we provide the space for people to meet and make deals, but each agreement is between the creator and the brand directly.

Rules for Creators

Your Responsibilities:

  • •You own your Twitter account and can make decisions about it
  • •You'll honor the agreements you make with brands
  • •You'll follow Twitter's rules and our community guidelines
  • •You won't post harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • •You'll provide accurate information about your follower count and engagement

Remember: Your Twitter account stays yours. We never ask for your password or take control of your account.

Rules for Brands

Your Responsibilities:

  • •You'll pay creators fairly and on time
  • •Your ads will be legal, truthful, and appropriate
  • •You won't ask creators to post harmful or illegal content
  • •You'll respect creators' decisions about what they will and won't advertise
  • •You'll follow all applicable advertising laws and regulations

Payments and Money

Platform Fee: We take a small percentage of each transaction to keep the platform running and safe.

Creator Payments: Brands pay you directly through our secure payment system. We hold funds until the advertising period is complete to protect both parties.

Refunds: If something goes wrong, we'll work with both parties to find a fair solution. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Taxes: You're responsible for paying taxes on money you earn through our platform.

What We're Not Responsible For

  • ⚠️Problems between creators and brands - we'll try to help, but disputes are between you
  • ⚠️What happens on your Twitter account - you're in control
  • ⚠️Changes Twitter makes to their platform
  • ⚠️Business results from advertising campaigns

Your Data and Privacy

We collect basic information to make our platform work - things like your email, Twitter username, and transaction history. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Changes to These Terms

We might need to update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll let you know by email and post the new version here. If you keep using RentMyHeader after changes, that means you're okay with the new terms.

Safety and Community Guidelines

We want RentMyHeader to be safe and positive for everyone. Here's what's not allowed:
